Meet Executive Chef Suen Kam Sing
With more than 30 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Suen Kam Sing has created a masterful blend of indigenous Cantonese recipes and contemporary Chinese cuisines. He joins us at Dynasty, Hong Kong with a resume that includes various award-winning and Michelin-starred Chinese restaurants such as Lei Garden and Nanhai No. 1. "Cantonese cuisine is all about cooking techniques. It is important to know how to control the oil temperature in retaining all natural flavours of the ingredients," said Chef Suen. It takes a lot of hard work and practice for a chef to create his own style of Cantonese food, and diners in Wan Chai District are in for a treat with HK-inspired barbeque and dim sum.
